2023 BMW X3 ENGINE SPECS

The 2023 BMW X3 has two engine options, both with impressive power ratings:

• 2.0L TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder: 248 horsepower
• 3.0L TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder: up to 473 horsepower

Both engines are paired with an 8-speed STEPTRONIC Automatic transmission with Sport and Manual shift modes. This component is tuned precisely to match the engine’s performance characteristics—giving you an even more dynamic driving experience.

In addition to having all that power, the vehicle is quite fuel-efficient. It can achieve up to an EPA-estimated 23 city/29 highway MPG.¹ If you need to get to work or want to take a spontaneous trip to the harbor, you can hop in the car and get there before running out of gas.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES IN THE 2023 X3

There are all kinds of features that contribute to the BMW X3’s noteworthy performance.
